My wife, Dawn, and I have lived in DeSoto county for 18 years.  We are blessed to have two  boys, Scott (13) and Carson (10).  We both teach P.E. in Olive Branch schools and are thrilled to have the opportunity to help our students get physically fit while exposing them to a variety of sports and games.

I graduated from Delta State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree.  In 2000, I earned my Master's degree in Education from D.S.U.  I have taught for 18 years, the last 17 here at OBIS.  Prior to becoming the P.E. teacher, I taught 5th grade for eight years.

I enjoy spending quality time with my family, playing tennis, working out, reading, and watching my sons play sports.  I also love rooting for the L.S.U. Tigers, Memphis Tigers, Memphis Grizzlies, New Orleans Saints, and the Atlanta Braves.

My primary goal for this year is to help develop my students' knowledge, skills, and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity.  Moreover, I look forward to exercising with my students and increasing their level of physical fitness.  This year promises to be an incredible year!
